MEET THE BAND
 
Cesar Leon - Lead Singer
    At an early age of 6 in Chihuahua, Mexico, Cesar new his calling was to be a singer.  His voice could be heard at all family events/gatherings.  He decided to move to Santa Fe, New Mexico at the age of 18 and join a local choir to brush up on his vocals.  He had the wonderful opportunity to audition and be a part of an upcoming music competition show - "Objetivo Fama.  Pleased to say he made it to the finals.  With this experience - Cesar realized his true calling is music and wants to share his passion with you.  And you will not be dissappointed!  Today he performs in front of 100s at local nightclubs and hotels (El Farol, El Dorado Hotel and La Fonda in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
 

 
 
Gerardo Garcia - Lead Guitarist
    Music entered Gerardo's life at an early age of 6 in Chihuahua, Mexico.  His first guitar was given to him by his God-Father, and as you can see, he never stopped playing.  In 2000, Gerardo moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico in search of talent to start a band.  The opportunity arose when he met up with Cesar with the same passion for music.  His biggest fan is his wife, whom encourages him to follow his dream.  Today, Gerardo enjoys performing for family, friends and AguaBendita Fans.
 

 
Diego Maestas - Drums/Percussion
 Diego Maestas, a native Santa Fean has been a part of Santa Fe's latin music scene for the last 13 years.  Diego studied under his brother Joe Addington, who performs with master congero, Francisco Aguabella.  Over the years Diego has played with many of Santa Fe's Top Latin Acts such as Manzanares, Ramon Bermudez Group, David Salazar Group, Nacha Mendez, just to name a few.  His rich background in Afro Rythmns adds a nice latin group to AguaBendita.
  

 

 
 
Justin Bransford - Bass
  Justin Bransford is a multi-instrumentalist and composer playing bass, guitar and piano. He has performed internationally and has worked with countless singers, dancers and musicians from many different backgrounds performing jazz, pop, flamenco, R&B, rock, world music, and other contemporary styles. He has appeared in television commercials and has performed for President Clinton and also Governor Richardson. In addition to teaching private students throughout the years, Justin was the guitar teacher at Santa Fe Preparatory School from 2005 to 2009 - and from 2004 to 2007, Justin taught bass and recording at the Armand Hammer United World College of the American West. Since 2000, he has been a pianist and bassist for the National Dance Institute of NM. Since 2005, he has played for masses and various functions at the St. Francis Cathedral Basilica in Santa Fe. In addition to live performance and teaching, Justin is also a transcriber commissioned by various artists to produce music manuscript from recordings. He is an active working musician throughout the Santa Fe/Albuquerque area playing with many groups both on stage and in the studio.
